Materials used
PVC, polyester and polycarbonate are the three materials most commonly used for producing graphic overlays. These materials have different properties and the choice of material will largely depend on the type of application and the usage environment.
For general purpose overlays and labels, PVC is widely used to produce simple, cost-effective graphic overlays.
For more complex overlays that demand cut-outs, transparent windows, embossed buttons and other specific features, Polyester and Polycarbonate provide the ideal solution. Both materials have similar properties although each has some unique features.

Under surface printed
All panels and overlays, regardless of the material used, are produced using under-surface printing. A key benefit of this durable printing process is that the printed image will not wear away through excessive usage.
