Priority Production Service

We understand that urgent requirements can arise unexpectedly, and waiting for our typical lead time of around 2 working weeks isn’t always an option.

To better support our customers, Inform Products is pleased to introduce our new Priority Production Service.

Where production capacity and the manufacturing process allow, we may be able to significantly reduce our standard lead times by prioritising your order through our production schedule.

Our Priority Production Service is available for many of our products, including selected anodised aluminium labels, screen printed components and digitally printed items. Please note that some manufacturing processes, such as engraving, chemical etching and embossing, are not generally suitable for expedited production.

As every order is different, each request will be individually assessed. If we can meet your required timescale, we’ll provide a quotation for the Priority Production surcharge before proceeding.

If you have an urgent requirement, simply let us know your required delivery date when requesting a quotation or placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Priority Production Terms

• Subject to production capacity and material availability.
• Available only after confirmation from Inform Products.
• Not all products or manufacturing processes are eligible.
• Priority Production surcharges are quoted individually.
• Lead times commence once artwork, specifications and order confirmation have been received.
