After 90 years in business Richard Ching & Son had built an unrivalled reputation as a specialist supplier of labels and nameplates to the engineering and manufacturing industry.
We have adopted the name Inform Products to better reflect the level of service we offer to customers.
Caroline Gray, managing director, said: “We started talking about a new name last year as it was felt that Ching didn’t say enough about what we do. We wanted a name that told customers more about our services and how we help.
“Inform products better represents what we do. Everything we do in some way or another informs, from company names, weights, measures or signposting.
“We are proud of our reputation for customer service and support. Our name may have changed but those standards will not. If something is manufactured, it quite possibly has our label on it, from a hospital bed to a hot air balloon.”
Based at Lady Lane Industrial Estate in Hadleigh, the company joined the Denny Bros Group in 2016, which last year became an Employee-Owned Trust.
