But don’t think our commitment to customer service stops once the labels have been designed, proofed and printed… Quick, safe delivery of your labels is as important as the product itself.

Why fast delivery matters

After spending time getting the labels just right, the last thing you need it to have to wait weeks to receive them.

You may need a quick turnaround on new labels displaying new instructions which need to be displayed as soon as possible, or perhaps you don’t want to be waiting an age for your labels, especially if you need them as a priority to finish a project off, for example.

Customer satisfaction is the top priority for us, and this continues right through to the end of the order when the labels are delivered. Delivering the goods on time, undamaged and in the right quantity is just as important to us as designing your labels and printing them.

What we offer

Inform Products normally offer a two-week delivery after final approval from the customer of proofs and also two weeks for repeat items and this covers 95% of business.

In comparison, larger companies can often quote four or five working weeks from receipt of an order while others only offer an express service for a large increase in the unit price.

As already stated, we always try and help our customers out with delivery as much as possible so always find out when the labels are realistically needed so a timescale can be considered. Nearly all deliveries are by overnight carrier, arriving promptly at their destination. Please chat to us about timings when you order your labels so we have a clear idea of when you need them. We will always do our utmost to help you in any way.
