A rare opportunity has arisen in our office for a Trainee Sales Administrator. No previous experience is required; however a good GCSE level in both Maths and English is essential along with good computer skills. The right candidate will also have good communication skills, is organised, confident and has the ability to multitask.
The job entails learning about our processes, the materials we use for printing and how to prepare a quotation for the customer. To receive customer orders and generate the works order ticket along with other general administration duties. We are a small company, therefore at busy times or during sickness and holiday periods you must be prepared to assist in other areas of the business.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm with the possibility of Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm as the role progresses.
Starting salary will be national minimum.
